WIC Program Breastfeeding Peer Counseling-LACC

Breastfeeding Peer Counseling program educates and encourages mothers about the importance of breastfeeding, and to make them aware that breast milk is the perfect combination of nutrients and protects the baby against life-threatening diseases.

Latin American Community Center

The LACC provides family support services, short and long-term case management, substance abuse prevention, advocacy for victims of crime, English as second language classes, and more. 

Children & Families First

Children & Families First offers a continuum of programs statewide in Delaware to support every phase of family life and child development. Our services are FREE and available to all who qualify.

Guardianship Support Services

Guardianship Support Services provides quality, comprehensive, protective guardianship services to adult citizens of Delaware who are severely mentally or physically disabled, are unable to manage their personal and financial affairs, are at risk for neglect, abuse and victimization and have no one else able or willing to serve as a guardian.

AIDS Deleware

AIDS Delaware services include free, confidential HIV testing; medical case management/client services; education/outreach programs; pharmacy services; food and personal products pantry; and mental health counseling.

Attack Addiction

Attack Addiction raises awareness about the disease of addiction through educating communities, assisting families in their quest for information and supporting those in recovery in efforts to remove the stigma of addiction by effecting positive change in Delaware.

Quality Insights Community Health Worker (QID CHW) is a health care quality improvement organization working to meet the needs of women of childbearing age who need help connecting with services and resources.

WIC (Women, Infants and Children)

WIC (Women, Infants and Children) is a special nutrition program for pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, infants, and children under five years of age. WIC provides free nutritious foods to supplement your diet. WIC also provides breastfeeding support and nutrition education to help you and your children be healthy and eat well.

Delaware NAMI

NAMI Delaware provides a wide range of awareness, advocacy, support, education and housing to support those affected by mental illness in Delaware.

Delaware Medical-Legal Partnership

CLASI helps provide equal access to justice, improving lives through creative and persistent civil legal advocacy on behalf of vulnerable and underserved Delawareans.

Christiana Care Resources

​In addition to the many ChristianaCare support groups and services that are available to cancer patients, survivors and their families, we provide assistance in locating appropriate services and programs within the community and throughout the region.

Rockford Center

Rockford Center offers a broad continuum of behavioral health and substance use services for individuals ages 4 and older. We provide treatment for psychiatric issues such as depression, anxiety, and severe emotional distress, and we offer programs for adults who are also struggling to overcome their substance use disorders. 

Tips for Teens

The National Institute on Drug Abuse provides resources designed for young people and those who influence them—parents, guardians, teachers, and other educators—these resources inspire learning and encourage critical thinking so teens can make informed decisions about drug use and their health. 

Phoenix Family Resource Center

Phoenix Family Resources partners with several community projects, focused on providing clothing and household items to those who need a little help while they are rebuilding their lives for happiness and success.
