Guardianship Support Services
Guardianship Support Services provides quality, comprehensive, protective guardianship services to adult citizens of Delaware who are severely mentally or physically disabled, are unable to manage their personal and financial affairs, are at risk for neglect, abuse and victimization and have no one else able or willing to serve as a guardian.
WIC (Women, Infants and Children)
WIC (Women, Infants and Children) is a special nutrition program for pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, infants, and children under five years of age. WIC provides free nutritious foods to supplement your diet. WIC also provides breastfeeding support and nutrition education to help you and your children be healthy and eat well.
Rockford Center
Rockford Center offers a broad continuum of behavioral health and substance use services for individuals ages 4 and older. We provide treatment for psychiatric issues such as depression, anxiety, and severe emotional distress, and we offer programs for adults who are also struggling to overcome their substance use disorders.
